Howletts Pharmacy is an independent, family-run pharmacy rooted in the heart of Ruislip since the 1970s. Under just our second owner since 2015, we continue a legacy built on trust, personal care and genuine relationships with our patients.
Our lead pharmacist brings over 30 years of hands-on experience, from working with Boots, to serving as a locum, to owning and managing pharmacies. That knowledge shapes a team culture defined by clinical standards, continuous learning and genuine care.
In October 2024, our commitment was nationally recognised when we received the Pharmacy Business Award for Patient Care in Pharmacy.
We offer a full suite of NHS and private services, working closely with our local Primary Care Network. Howletts Pharmacy is operated by Cheerglow Limited and led by Superintendent Pharmacist Pritee Panchmatia.

Pritee has owned and led Howletts Pharmacy since 2015, becoming only the second owner in the pharmacy's long history. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, from working with Boots, to serving as a locum, to owning and managing pharmacies, she shapes a team culture defined by clinical standards, continuous learning and genuine care.
As Superintendent Pharmacist, Pritee oversees the pharmacy's professional and clinical standards, helping ensure every service is safe, responsible and centred on the patient. She is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC 2041193).
In October 2024, Pritee and the team at Howletts won the Patient Care Award at the Pharmacy Business Awards, national recognition of the personal, community-first care the pharmacy is known for.
